EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- The Evansville Thunderbolts of the SPHL announced the signing of
Anthony Mollica last week. Mollica recently finished his collegiate career with the Adrian College NCAA men's hockey team where he played two seasons for the Bulldogs after trasnferring from St. Lawrence University (NCAA DI).
Mollica finished his career at Adrian College with 54 games played scoring five goals with 15 assists as a defensemen. During his time as a Bulldog, he compiled a +/- of +21 while blocking 41 shots. His best game in a Bulldog uniform came with a three-point night on Friday, December 12, 2025 where he netted two goals and dished out an assist against Hiram College.
Since joining Evansville, Mollica has played in two games and has already netted a goal with four shots on goal. The team sits fourth in the ten-team league standings with 59 points on a record of 26-18-1-6.
Mollica joins Adrian College NCAA men's hockey alumni Ayo Adenieye (Fayetteville Marksmen) and
Connor May (Macon Mayhem) as a member of the SPHL.
