ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Adrian College Athletics Department and the Men's Lacrosse team have announced that Kyle Hibbard will be the new Assistant Coach for Adrian Men's Lacrosse. Hibbard spent last season as a volunteer on Head Coach Brett Wetzel's staff.

Hibbard graduated from Aquinas College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies while playing for the school's men's lacrosse team. He also has previous lacrosse coaching experience at Aquinas and Northwood University, where he was the team's defensive coordinator.

Coach Wetzel is ecstatic to have Hibbard on a full-time basis going forward.

"Kyle did a great job for us this past spring in a volunteer role working with our defensive core. I'm very excited to be elevating him into the top assistant role for the upcoming season."

Hibbard will move into his new role immediately.
