FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- The Adrian College men's lacrosse team was projected fourth place in this year's edition of the MIAA preseason poll on Tuesday.
Adrian finished its 2024 campaign with a 3-3 MIAA record and an overall record of 8-8. Senior attacker Michael Jonas, a two-time All-MIAA honoree, and senior defender Cameron Reed, a three-time All-MIAA honoree, are key players for the Bulldogs. Senior midfielder Riley Edwards and senior Brandon Hoerauf, both 2024 Second Team All-MIAA selections, add depth to the lineup. Goalie Sam Spangler, a senior and three-time All-MIAA honoree, will be pivotal in the net this season.
The Bulldogs will open their new season on the road in a tough and highly-anticipated match-up against top-ten nationally ranked Christopher Newport University on February 15 in Virginia. Adrian will compete in eleven tantalizing non-conference contests before jumping into its MIAA agenda beginning on April 2 against Calvin University. The Bulldogs' first home game will take place on February 22 at Docking Stadium versus another top team in the nation in Kenyon College.
