GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Adrian College women's golf team kicked off MIAA Conference play on Monday afternoon in Grand Rapids, finishing with a team score of 329. The Bulldogs are currently tied for sixth place in the conference standings after the opening round.
Savana Smith led the way for Adrian, carding a 76 to finish third overall individually. Kennedy Kehres followed with an 83, while Rylie Yuhas posted an 84. Ainslee Hewitt contributed an 86 to complete the team scoring, and Sami Burks rounded out the lineup with an 87. Competing as an individual, Addie Karpinski finished with a 90.
The Bulldogs return to action September 28–29 as they head to Wisconsin for the UW-Whitewater Invite at TPC Wisconsin.
