ADDISON, Mich. – The Adrian College rowing team hosted Marietta College on Saturday at the Adrian College Boathouse for an exhibition race. The Bulldogs competed in a 1,000-meter double sculls (2x) event before taking part in a Varsity 4+ race.

Adrian recorded a time of 4:50.38 in the first piece of the 1,000-meter race and followed with a time of 5:47.90 in the second piece. Marietta posted times of 5:09.81 and 6:06.71.

In the Varsity 4+ race, Adrian and Marietta combined to form a composite boat, finishing with a time of 8:43.72 in the 2,000-meter event.

The Bulldogs return to action this weekend as they travel to Pennsauken, New Jersey, to compete in the Knecht Cup on April 11-12.
